Welcome to our Terms of Service. This page explains the rules for using Vantage Verify, LLC’s services and website in simple, plain English. These terms are here to protect both you as our customer and us as your service provider.
By booking an appointment or using our site, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
1. OUR SERVICES
We offer several professional services, including DNA collection (mobile or in-office), drug and alcohol testing, fingerprinting, notary services, background checks, and identity verification. We follow all official legal and industry standards to ensure high-quality results.
2. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services on your own. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present. We may also work with authorized representatives from companies or law offices. We will ask for ID to confirm who you are.
3. APPOINTMENT RULES
• Identification: You must show a valid government-issued ID. Without it, we cannot help you.
• Who can attend: To keep things professional, only the person being tested is allowed in the testing area, unless a minor needs a guardian.
• Lateness: If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and charge a late fee.
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, it is considered a "No-Show" and fees may apply.
• Following Directions: You must follow our testing procedures. If you refuse, we may cancel your service.
4. MOBILE SERVICES
If we come to you, the location must be safe and private. You must ensure everyone being tested is ready when we arrive. Some locations may require extra travel fees. We can refuse service if the environment seems unsafe.
5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment is required at the time of service unless your employer or lawyer has a pre-arranged billing account. We accept cards and cash.
Important: We do not offer refunds if you arrive late, fail to show up, refuse to follow procedures, or once the service is finished. We only refund if we make an internal error that prevents the service from happening.
6. BACKGROUND CHECKS
When we run background checks, we follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Employers using these reports must get written permission from the person being checked and follow all legal notice steps. You have the right to fix any wrong information found in your report.
7. YOUR PRIVACY
We take your data seriously. We use secure systems and encryption to keep your personal information safe, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. ACCURACY
Please make sure the information you give us is correct. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by wrong information provided by you or your employer.
9. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Legally, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for any decisions made by courts, employers, or labs based on the results we provide.
10. REFUSING SERVICE
We can refuse to serve anyone who gives false information, acts in a threatening way, or breaks these rules.
11. UPDATES
We may change these terms from time to time. We will post any updates here. If you keep using our services, it means you accept the new rules.
12. LEGAL DISPUTES
These rules are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any legal issues will be handled in the courts of Shelby County, TN.
